Lauren Kilcoyne

Lauren is a customer-focused innovator with over 20 years of engineering and program management experience. Prior to joining the team at Astrion, she was vice president and general manager of the Civilian Business Unit at Empower AI, where she was responsible for leading the IT service management, software delivery, and advanced data analytics businesses as well as driving overall company growth and innovation.

Before her role at Empower AI, Lauren led a portfolio of commercial cyber contracts at Capgemini, delivering sophisticated cyber products, managed services, and consulting services to Fortune 500 companies. And prior to Capgemini, Lauren held technical and program leadership positions at Leidos and Lockheed Martin.

Lauren earned a master’s degree in systems engineering from the University of Pennsylvania and also holds a bachelor’s degree in computer engineering from Villanova University.
