David Millar

As Chief of Staff to the CEO, David drives strategic, operational, and financial priorities across the enterprise, enabling execution and alignment on high-impact initiatives. Prior to Astrion, David was an Associate at Brightstar Capital Partners, where he supported value creation efforts across the investment portfolio. He began his career in investment banking at Guggenheim Securities, advising clients on a variety of transaction and capital raising activities.

David holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University.
