Astrion’s Explorer Internship Program is designed to be more than just a summer job. Astrion equips employees at this point through the Summit Series, a set of immersive learning experiences that strengthen communication, coaching, and collaboration. The Summit Series is regular and ongoing virtual leadership lessons, delivered by certified instructors, available to everyone in the company. The courses delivered through Summit are intentionally planned to correlate in a timely manner with the skills managers need throughout the year. These tools ensure that every employee has the tools to move upward with confidence.
