Dalia Khanafseh

Dalia brings over a decade of experience as a strategy, operations, and growth leader. As Senior Vice President of Transformation, she leads Astrion’s business transformation strategy to enable agility and accelerated growth. Previously, Dalia was Director of Customer Success Strategy at Appian Corporation, leading value-driving workstreams for Appian’s most strategic customers. Before Appian, Dalia held positions of increasing responsibility at LMI, including Director of Growth Operations, where she led the implementation of a new business development process credited with driving double-digit growth for the company.

Dalia holds a master’s in health systems management from George Mason University and a bachelor’s degree in public health from The George Washington University.
