Jennifer Damewood

Jennifer serves as Senior Vice President of IT, Security, and Facilities at Astrion, where she leads enterprise-wide initiatives to ensure operational excellence across critical infrastructure and technology domains. She is responsible for overseeing information technology strategy, cybersecurity, and facilities management, aligning them to support Astrion’s mission and long-term objectives.

Prior to this position, Jennifer served as Vice President of Business Development Operations at Astrion. She brings more than 25 years’ experience supporting federal government contracting and proposal development. Throughout her career, she has successfully managed large-scale proposal efforts and led teams of proposal writers and specialists. Her leadership has extended into operational execution, having served as a trusted transition specialist for key NASA and Air Force contracts.

Jennifer holds a bachelor of arts in English and history from the University of Alabama in Huntsville.
