Adele Navarrete

With nearly 15 years of legal expertise, Adele leads corporate compliance for all legal and regulatory matters pertaining to government contracting. She also supervises risk management and contract negotiations while providing in-house legal counsel.

Throughout her career, Adele has provided legal support to government contractors and technology firms across diverse sectors, including her recent role as Booz Allen Hamilton’s Associate General Counsel and Trade Compliance Lead.

She also previously served as Senior Corporate Counsel at LMI, where she managed legal affairs related to government contracts, mergers and acquisitions, export controls, ethics, compliance, intellectual property, and litigation.

Adele holds a J.D. from the University of Michigan Law School, an M.A. in French Cultural Studies from Columbia University, and a B.A. in History from Columbia.
