Astrion Group, LLC is the Transformative Evolution of Oasis Systems, ERC, and Axient. The legal contracting party that holds these contracts remains unchanged pending contract close out and novation.

The One Acquisition Solution for Integrated Services (OASIS) Unrestricted (UNR) contract is a family of multiple award, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts that provide flexible and innovative solutions for complex professional services. The OASIS UNR contracts span 28 NAICS codes and six exceptions across seven individual award pools.

OASIS, sponsored under the General Services Administration, has a 10-year contract ordering period that began in September 2014 and will end in September 2024. A task order’s period of performance can run through 2029.

The core disciplines of OASIS UNR include program management services, management consulting services, logistics services, engineering services, scientific services, and financial services.

The contract allows for task orders using any contract type and allows customers to include both labor and material/ODC items on the same task order. OASIS UNR is designed to provide customers with maximum flexibility in contracting.
