Adam Omar

Adam Omar serves as Chief Financial Officer of Astrion, where he leads the company’s finance organization, overseeing financial planning and analysis, accounting, tax, treasury, pricing, investor relations, and mergers and acquisitions. He plays a key role in driving Astrion’s financial strategy, operational performance, and long-term growth initiatives.

With more than 25 years of experience in financial management and business operations, Adam has built a distinguished career leading finance organizations across global technology and professional services companies serving both government and commercial markets.

Prior to joining Astrion, Adam served as Chief Financial Officer of Altamira Technologies Corporation, where he led all financial functions for a provider of advanced signal intelligence technologies and professional services supporting the U.S. Department of Defense and Intelligence Community. He previously held CFO roles at CyberCore Technologies and PlanetRisk Corporation, organizations focused on cybersecurity and geospatial intelligence solutions for government customers.

Earlier in his career, Adam held senior finance leadership positions with Infor Global Solutions, Software AG, LexisNexis, and SAIC. Throughout these roles, he was responsible for business strategy, financial management, operational performance, and mergers and acquisitions across diverse business segments.

Adam holds a Master of Science in Finance from The George Washington University and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from George Mason University. He is also a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in the Commonwealth of Virginia.
